施設は古いなと感じる部分はありましたが、
清潔感はとてもあり、スタッフの対応もとても親切でよかったです。
ただエレベーターは設備が古いせいか使い勝手が悪かったのと、レストランは広く収容人数が多いですが、ビュッフェを一度にたくさんの人が利用しているので人口密度がとても高く窮屈な感じがしました。
それ以外はお風呂も広く、レオマワールドも隣接しているため子供連れにはとても良いホテルです。

お部屋はツイン エキストラベッド1台のお部屋だったので、大人2人子供(未就学児)2人の4人でも広々過ごせました。
そこまで移動するのに使うエレベーターホールが、元々は従業員専用のエレベーターだったのか？と思うような作りで、フロントのある4階から下は従業員専用となっていました。
