We stayed in the VIP suite, it's a small cozy room. The bathtub is clean, water pressure is decent and the hot water works very well. Toilet is also spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable although the bed sheet is on the rough side. It was a lovely stay and many food places near the hotel.

The room was comfortable, but the hotel is very new, and there was a slight smell of renovation when you entered. The lobby downstairs had cookies and coffee, creating a nice atmosphere. It was good value for money, and I would stay here again. There are many restaurants and cafes downstairs, making it convenient to find food.

Recently stayed at Havona Hotel @ Permas Jaya and had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers a simple yet comfortable stay, perfect for both short visits and longer trips. Good value for money. Amenities and services are limited but commensurate with the room rates. We were on the highest floor and unfortunately we're subjected to noisy machinery (like rain-drops on a metal roof. Believe it came from the aircon condensers on the rooftop.)

Everything is decent except for the room that i got smells like cigarettes. However, the receptionist offered to change the room to another level, but I was too tired and just settle for it. They also gave as a spray to combat the smell but it didn’t do much. The toilet was fine during day 1 but when i want to bath on the 2nd day, the drainage was clogged. Hope the can improve these issues. The hotel is surrounded by many different eateries. Overall, it is a decent place for a short stay.

The hotel service was incredibly prompt and attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean. Convenient parking was available right downstairs. The location is fantastic, with a wide array of shops and local eateries all within easy walking distance.

Came with daughter and granddaughters. Asked for king bed. Got what we need. Parking also very easy. Near entrance Only Chinese restaurants available around there. McD, familyMart near.

The hotel is clean and has quite a big room. Very affordable price. Great for a short weekend getaway. Nearby shops not so much, but you can drive about 10mins to a nearby mall and more shops. Customer service is pretty good and friendly. A comfortable place to stay.

Good hotel. Location way out of Johor Bahru.. peak period call taxis can get high! Room was alright. Was informed at reception that WiFi wasn't working. Not sure for how long. TV also didn't work, not channels detected. Had basic tooth brush n coffee/ tea with mineral water in room. So that was good. Anyway, it was a one night stay. Not much stay in the room.
