I had an excellent one-night stay at the JB Renaissance Hotel, and it was absolutely memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. What stood out the most was the excellent service — every staff member I interacted with was courteous and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is definitely family-friendly, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay in Johor Bahru.

Very comfortable, friendly receptionist. The room is very spacious and clean. They also provide room cleaning services. The location of the hotel is not very strategic. A bit far from interesting places and difficult to find places to eat. But overall very satisfactory. The price is also reasonable for 3 nights. Might come again.

place is convenient, have a alot of restaurant. room is big and clean. The room i choose is cheap and without window. Is fine for me for business trip.

Very spacious room for a great price. The room is acceptably clean with clean towels and sheets. Staff are also very helpful and friendly when requesting items such as hairdryer and spare key card for the power/air-conditioning. Nearby many food options and massage just across the road.

The hotel service was incredibly prompt and attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean. Convenient parking was available right downstairs. The location is fantastic, with a wide array of shops and local eateries all within easy walking distance.

I have been staying here whenever I am overnight in JB and it's really have been a wonderful experience! The room have everything you need except room slippers but it's highly recommended to stay here 🥰

Stay here for 4 nights, overall home is clean, bed is comfortable, hotel staffs are helpful. Will be back again for next business trip
