It's a good budget hotel, the rooms are clean tidy and reasonably appointed. There is a shuttle to both domestic and international airports at a cost 0f 12$ Aud. I walked it and it's close enough if your fit. As a solo traveller it suits welll for the budget conscious. Great breakfast and dinner is at ground level and something for all.

This has got to be one of the worst hotels within the vicinity of Sydney Airport. I have Stayed there for a night to catch an early morning flight. Hotel staff were not trained properly to multitask multiple guests checking in at the same times. As a result, i had to wait almost 45 minutes just to check in. The next morning one of the hotel receptionists double charged my credit card (P.S I have prepaid for my stay at this hotel via Trip.com). It took almost 4 days for my money to be refunded. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

I arrived late at night, so I was looking for a hotel near the airport and made a reservation. It was further away from the airport than I expected, but I had no trouble getting to the city. It was a standard hotel, perfect for a short stay.

Although there is an exchange rate difference in Sydney, the Holiday Inn Express I stayed at not only had breakfast, but also had better room facilities. The most important thing is that it was only more than 100 yuan and less than 200 yuan more expensive than Ibis.

Very bad service. The air conditioner in the room was broken. I called the front desk and told the problem. I wanted to change rooms. They told us that the rooms were full, but we checked that Ctrip had rooms available. Then they told us to send a fan, but nothing more happened and they didn't solve the problem at all. The worst hotel experience in this trip to Australia.

Although it was close to the airport and the location was good, the smell of mold in the room was very strong and the carpet felt like it had not been cleaned for a long time. I originally asked to change rooms, but the staff refused because they had already used the room.

It is more convenient to stay here when flying from Sydney Kingston Airport. There are paid shuttle buses and parking lots. You can reserve a shuttle bus at the hotel front desk. Behind the front desk is the dining area, with catering services available throughout the day. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is still filling, and it is available starting at 5:30, which is also more convenient. Although the room is relatively small, you can still spread your luggage, but the voltage is sometimes unstable.

Good place to stay ..just no microwave

There is a window in the room but it is locked and cannot be opened! After communicating with the front desk to no avail, they said that all the windows were locked and room changes were not supported. Moreover, the toilet and room space were small, and there were no windows and it seemed very stuffy. The family felt a little breathless at first. Thanks to Ctrip customer service for their support. They said they could refund us for one night, but later our family's condition improved and they still didn't refund us. There are no toiletries and slippers, so you need to bring your own. You can get them from the front desk, but a set of toiletries costs 2.50 knives. The quilt was also a rudimentary one with a blanket sandwiched between two rags. There were no knots to secure the blanket. When I turned over at night, the quilt would be kicked off the bed. The pizza in the restaurant downstairs is quite delicious. There is a Mascot shopping mall 600 meters away. You can get there in about 10 minutes' walk for shopping and eating. The sound of airplanes can be heard in the room quite loudly, and the air conditioner makes a sound like gurgling water, making it difficult for light sleepers to fall asleep.
