Uns hat der Aufenthalt im großen ganzen gut gefallen. An der Rezeption war ein junger Mann der deutsch gesprochen hat und die anderen haben Englisch gesprochen. Auch sonst hatten wir mit der Sprache eine Probleme. Das Personal im Service war sehr freundlich auch der Spar Bereich war gut. Das Essen hat uns auch gut gefallen, das einzige es war sehr überfüllt im Restaurant und die Tische sehr nah an einander. Die Wanderwege und die Natur war besonders schön. Der Miniclub war leider schon geschlossen aber es war nicht sehr schlimm. Wasser im Pool war auch normal nicht sehr kalt nicht warm. Badekappen kann man für 1€ vor Ort kaufen.

Hotel familiar perfecto para actividades en la zona. Lástima que el spa abra a las 2pm. Buen desayuno y cena incluidos. Cómodo y buena atención.

Too many negatives for a hotel that claims to be a 4-star family hotel. Wi-Fi never worked, with the staff constantly telling us they'd contacted the relevant authorities to fix it. No evening entertainment for children (so don't call it a family hotel), just a squalid mini club, staffed (and only that) by lazy and unprofessional entertainers who never paid attention to the children. The pool was cold and at the mercy of barbaric hordes of rude people, without a lifeguard or anyone to enforce the rules. A separate (negative) note for the catering. The dining room staff was completely inadequate and improvised, incapable of enforcing even the most basic rules of good manners. Even though the tables were assigned (with room numbers), my family and I changed seats four times, without apologies or the protection of waiters and maids. In fact, these individuals (unsuitable for the role) laughed at us, inviting us to go to other hotels!!! Service and cover charge were on par with the worst campsite/canteen. Food was plentiful but of mediocre quality, with no typical South Tyrolean dishes. It's a shame because the place is worth it, but the facility deserves a two-star rating, to be generous.

We just returned from a stay at this property! Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing... and for those of us who traveled so far to get there, it's even more disappointing. First of all, it's not a family hotel: there's no playground, no cold Olympic-size pool, and a superficially managed mini-club... the children aren't looked after, and I can say this with certainty, as I had to stay inside because my youngest son isn't in the age range for unaccompanied access. The children were left completely free to leave the room, even completely. The girls were on the couch with their phones. This is completely unacceptable to me!!! It's not my habit to disparage the work of others, but in this case, it's a huge responsibility... in the evening, there's nothing for the children except a 30-minute mini-club in a room without oxygen, probably the fallback solution to the numerous requests from guests with children! The wait staff were friendly, even if they had considerable difficulty with the Italian language, but always helpful and smiling!
