Suites & Villas by Dunas

This is a fabulous resort, the suite was a one bedroom bungalow with a large bathroom and a lounge area with a modern TV. The site was immaculate, the restaurant was buffet style with themed evenings, the staff very friendly and efficient. Reception was manned also with friendly, efficient staff. The pool was perfect temperature to swim or play around.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend unreservedly. We will be going again for sure.

This is a small hotel compared to other all inclusive ms we have been to, the welcome on reception was very good, we were offered to upgrade to all inc which is 30 euros pp per day but 20% off if you upgrade for the whole stay which we did the next day, not sure how much this is really checked though. They hadn’t told us that the bar near reception wasn’t included or that you were entitled to a meal at another restaurant during your stay but booked it for us when we noticed a sign. We had a one bed suite which was spacious, and always very clean. There was no kettle or coffee machine, we asked about a coffee machine but it was 14 euros a day to hire one for both of us do we went and got coffee from the restaurant when it opened at 7.30am. There is no option to get coffee anywhere else any earlier. There is no iron but you can borrow one for a 10 euro deposit. The staff are mostly all friendly and helpful and the service is good. The buffet restaurant is pretty good compared to others I have been to and as the hotel isn’t huge queues are not a problem. The food is very good. Drinks are table service and very good. Omelettes are made fresh to order in the mornings. My only slight gripe is all of the desserts seem to have cinnamon in and it’s just a personal choice that I don’t like it. The animation team are very good and there is a full programme all day long next to the pool, everyone was having lots of fun but it is very noisy. We never had a problem getting a sunbed either. The evening entertainment was ok, the main show is at 9.30 for one hour but nothing after. There is no dancing/disco for guests. Just a show to watch. There aren’t many English guests, mainly French and German and sometimes the entertainment at the pool bar early evening was only in French. The hotel is 15 mins walk to a gorgeous beach and an enjoyable walk, there is a shuttle bus if you don’t want to walk. On the whole we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend the hotel especially families.

Good hotel, with helpful staffing (especially the restaurant staffing). We had a family suite at the back, which was nice and quiet. Restaurant could be a bit better for the price, but overall a very enjoyable vacation.

The Suites & Villas By Dunas park was very nice with good facilities, good location and beautiful green surroundings. It was a perfect holiday with good weather.

A most enjoyable vacation staying at the complex. Staff helpful and friendly, facilities good.Time to switch off and relax at one of a number of pools( Premier Lodges Pool ). Resteraunt facilities and food good. Would stay again.

I went with the whole family and we stayed into two different villas and they were both amazing. I had to sleep on the sofa bed which was actually not that bad as they provide you with the sheets and the blankets but you had to steel the pillows from one of the beds. I’m a picky eater but I was able to find something I liked at every meal weather it was in the restaurant or in the pool bar. They have plenty to offer and it was the best holiday ever. We loved the day time entertainment especially the Aqua Gym and splash bingo. The evening entertainment was also really good shows, magics shows, etc. There are 3 different pools 2 by the pool bar and 1 in the family area by a splash pad and if you are located in the family area there is another pool that’s you can use which is part of another hotel but free to use. The only downside I learnt the first time I went was that you weren’t allowed to have any pool floats in the pools only for children if needed. Other than that it was amazing

Great resort! Very good organization, animation, quality. Everybody - clearing service, animation team and reception staff - amazing. Polish team (Marcin & Marta) very helpfull & engaged. Feels like in Eden- a lot of greenery, good food, clean. Well done!

Lovely and relaxing holiday at this resort. Loved the bungalow format and staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. Good location allowing you to comfortably walk to beachfront and able to do a longer walk into playa del ingles. Such a relaxing format. Went for the premium bungalows with separate shared pool and own bar - lovely. Will go back.

It was the forth time that we have vacation in Dunas Suites villas, it is a beautiful park with good appartments and very good restaurant. friendly and helpful staff every day. Good location with a shuttlebus to the beach
