If you’re looking for a peaceful resort away from the bustling crowds of the Amalfi coast or Sorrento, Gocce Di Capri is perfect. A short drive will find you overlooking the best views of the Mediterranean Sea and Capri. The staff are fantastic & are there with a smile to offer you great service. I stayed in a spacious apartment with amazing views that had everything I needed for my relaxing holiday & it was super clean. The Tonno & Campani Restaurant has delicious food that is first class & even if you’re just visiting the area it’s worth taking a drive there & enjoy a fabulous lunch. I can’t wait for my next stay. Stunning location and fantastic service made this short break utterly wonderful. The guys and girls who work there give such a friendly personal touch they really made the weekend for us. Breakfast was delicious and great value too. We had a classic two bed apartment which had a big outdoor terrace and two brand new bathrooms which were very nice. Kitchenette and lounge area are a good size and there is also plenty of storage. Hotel helped us arrange transfers to sorrento but also so organised tours. Love the whole resort and will definitely return.

We were very fortunate to stay here for a couple of nights and I am very happy that I picked this placed (booked via AMEX travel). They contacted us via Whatsapp a couple of days before our check in to verify our reservation information. Check in was efficient and they gave us all the details about the Property, they offered us to pre-book the continental breakfast which was also very good (a la carte options also available). Spent the afternoon at the terrace enjoying cocktails made by Francesco and his colleague, you cannot beat the views that you get of Capri and Naples. The hotel is a little bit away from sorrento, so I would definitely recommend renting a vehicle or a scooter to get there (Roads are very narrow, but drivers are generally courteous, just take your time). The onsite restaurant - Tonno & Campani is awesome, our server Antonio's quality of service was exceptional! - Try the Paccheri Di Gragnano - Pasta with Squid Ragu. Overall, the staff made us feel at home, even though it was a short stay, we enjoyed it very much and look forward to returning soon.

Gocce is located with a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea with Capri in the background. We stayed a 2 bedroom apartment which needed some upgrading. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly and helpful. Also the restuarant connected to the resort had a very good food and service minded staff.

The staff was excellent, especially Christina, Mike and the young guy who took care of our check in at night. The staff book our boat tour and car tour. Everything was great. The lady serving breakfast was also nice. The place has excellent views, however our flight was delayed and we arrived at night and driving thru the mountain roads got us lost a few times since the roads are not well lighted. The hotel is on top of the mountain, so make sure you arrive daytime. Great hotel overall with great staff.

Great location out of the busy areas of this lovely region. The staff had great English and happy to assist with good booking recommendations for the local restaurants/tours/etc. plus good bar and restaurant locations overlooking capri island.

We appreciate how spacious the room is with large toilet, bed and separate dining and cooking area. Was also nice to have the large outdoor area as well. Overall found it very comfortable and the staff including bartenders are amazing. Slight negative is that there isn’t much telephone reception and the wifi does tend to drop out sometimes. Apart from that it was a lovely stay

The service and quality of the food at the restaurant of hotel and it freshness wasn’t good at all, also they are very rude and agressive people. The bread on the burger clearly was old and maybe expired and I complained to them the star to Argue with me defending that the brad was fresh and good. The bread was falling a part

I stayed at gocce di capri with my family for 5 nights, 26-31 of October, the hotel was very clean the room was really nice and spacious, we stayed in a one bedroom apartment and after two days we upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and we had to pay €100 , the view from the room was amazing, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant the food was good with reasonable price, the hotel is in a remote area so having a car is a must, there is a bus stop within 5 mins walking distance but the buses are very limited to nearly one bus per hour, we took a bus to Sorrento which was ok once you know the time table, bear in mind that the last bus coming from Sorrento is at 6 pm and sometimes 8 pm ( you have to check), checking in and out was very smooth and quick, when we checked out we had to pay €1.5 tax per person per night which came up to €30, wasnt sure why we should pay tax ( no one informed us when we first booked or when we checked in) All in all everything was ok but again the car is a must, I read many posts and reviews about how hard it is to drive in Italy, we didnt find it hard, if you are okay with driving left hand side cars then you should be ok, we even drove to Positano, Amalfi , Pompeii and Rome ( the traffic wasn’t bad as it was the end of the season may the case is different in summer).
