Not bad, pretty good

Good hotel location

Not bad at all, they have board games at reception and fans for the rooms

Second visit turned out to be just as good as the first. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and the room was just what we needed for our overnight stay. Massy suits us really well with places to eat and drink and a youthful atmosphere. This is now our first choice when visiting Paris as the combination of excellent value for money and easy access via RER to Paris make it ideal.

No Air-Conditioning, we got to open all windows. So a lot of mosquitos came to the room. Front Desk people are nice, They should get promotion.

Not one day, the room was cleaned or were the dustbins emptied. When checking, no notice was given about this. No new towels for the whole week. The beds linen were never changed. Not a single explanation was given at the reception. Even at check out, nothing was asked like if everything was well during the stay

We travelled as group of families. Unfortunately, 2 persons entered the dining area - which is the same reception area!!!!! and stole my wife bag including Passport & Money while she was get breakfast!!. The Hotel Staff was so kind not to ask anyone what to do here!!! and after review the camera , the mention thief was so obvious they are so wired. Hopefully you take care of your stuff and kids. not safe at ALL.

A nice Hotel in a very nice new area from Massy. Train is close by, and the rooms are nice and clean. The Hotel employees are very friendly. Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day. I would come again.

Very convenient hotel amenities and location if you have to visit southern area of Paris

I traveled with group of my friends. We surprised that the Hotel dining area is the same reception area! which both not enough for 15% of Hotel guests. Unfortunately, tow strangers inter the Hotel and stole my wife bag include money, passport during breakfast time !!!!!!. The Hotel Staff so kind to not ask anyone what are you doing here. After we reviewed camera , the 2 persons who stole were clearly obvious that they are very suspicious. Hopefully Hotel management review what happened as it was very painful for group of families were in vacation.

Excellent hotel located a stone's throw from the TGV station, largely accessible via the footbridge above the railway tracks. The rooms are large and neat, the welcome is very friendly. Ideally located next to several restaurants

Very clean hotel, very practical, a stone's throw from the SNCF station and the RER. Afterwards... it still remains noisy since you can hear the trains.

RAS Despite the crowdedness of Massy station, not too much train noise. Breakfast with good value for money. On the other hand, the nightly rate is a little high. Paris and the Paris region are becoming unaffordable in terms of prices.

Very large and comfortable room. Close to the RER and TGV while being quiet. Many restaurants at the foot of the hotel.
