Second visit turned out to be just as good as the first. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming and the room was just what we needed for our overnight stay. Massy suits us really well with places to eat and drink and a youthful atmosphere. This is now our first choice when visiting Paris as the combination of excellent value for money and easy access via RER to Paris make it ideal.

Not one day, the room was cleaned or were the dustbins emptied. When checking, no notice was given about this. No new towels for the whole week. The beds linen were never changed. Not a single explanation was given at the reception. Even at check out, nothing was asked like if everything was well during the stay

We travelled as group of families. Unfortunately, 2 persons entered the dining area - which is the same reception area!!!!! and stole my wife bag including Passport & Money while she was get breakfast!!. The Hotel Staff was so kind not to ask anyone what to do here!!! and after review the camera , the mention thief was so obvious they are so wired. Hopefully you take care of your stuff and kids. not safe at ALL.

A nice Hotel in a very nice new area from Massy. Train is close by, and the rooms are nice and clean. The Hotel employees are very friendly. Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day. I would come again.

Excellent hotel located a stone's throw from the TGV station, largely accessible via the footbridge above the railway tracks. The rooms are large and neat, the welcome is very friendly. Ideally located next to several restaurants

No hot water in the shower Dirty and smelly shower drain HS TV Room having visibly been used with intense use of the kitchen hence terrible smells of frying when I entered the premises Noisy landing neighbors and poor soundproofing so impossible to sleep before 2 or 3 a.m. Poor WiFi Finally paid rate 30% higher than that displayed at reception, No response from the Hotel to my requests

Very decent aparthotel and at a fair price, perfect if you are looking for a hotel not too far from Orly airport and with children, the room was clean and the staff welcoming and the underground parking is practical and secure

Hotel well located, pleasant and attentive staff. On the other hand, a downside on the exterior blinds which hit all night with the wind and the roller was broken so it was impossible to lower them... clogged bathroom sink. OK breakfast

Very very dirty hotel and not air conditioned, overwhelming heat in the rooms. In short, if you like dirt, the smell of sewers plus noise given the proximity of the station, you are in the right place. The mattresses and box springs are worn out in quite a few rooms. They have not been changed since the inauguration of the hotel.

Nous sommes très mécontents pour la raison suivante: A l issue d une nuit passée en septembre 2024 dans cet hôtel, Nous avons oublie sur la table dans la chambre une grosse prise multiple avec rallonges. Nous prenons contact dès le lendemain avec l établissement ,désirant la récupérer la semaine suivante lors d un passage près de l hôtel. Et l hôtel nous a répondu qu ils n avaient rien trouvé..une personne malhonnête est visiblement employee dans cet établissement.
