We visited Rixos as a family for short vacation, we had such an amazing experience from the first moment we entered this luxurious hotel , the staff are very welcoming , Carmen at the reception was extremely friendly , listened carefully to all our needs and we even had an upgrade to a deluxe room with an amazing view of the pool and the sea. And we had a late checkout with no extra charge which allowed us to enjoy the last day in their lovely amazing sandy beach. What makes Rixos stands out from any other hotels is their welcoming friendly staff that do their best to accommodate your needs, and their great hospitality. Many thanks to Miss Eman at the guest relations, Mr Hossam and chef Ahmed at the main restaurant who provided us with tasty delicious food. We definitely looking forward for our next vacation at Rixos.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and we loved the view, the food is amazing and delicious especially the Turkish restaurant, the staff is very friendly and polite , this is my second visit to this hotel and it won’t be the last. Special thanks to Mr. Atik and miss farida from the reception and miss bodour from the bar.

One of the best hotels ever at north cost , professional and clean , every year at least i have one or two stays with them they are really good and high service standard check in was easy thanks iman from guest relation she is super hero all the time you will find her smiling and welcoming all Our requests big thanks for her , Thanks for mr hanfy and his front office team specially kareem mr hanfy give me upgrade for my room and make my stay happy and comfortable, thanks for F&B team mr . Ameer he is taking care about every small details regarding to food quality and taste and make us happy all the tome visiting restaurant , thanks for house keeping team ameen and faraht arrange all the time me room 2 times daily and make it clean all the day long , Big thanks for mr mohamed atiq the duty manager he is a good listener and taking care of any small concern to maintain the maximum happens for our stay Finally no words enough to say thank you rixos north cost team

Everything was perfect the staff, the beach, the food, the room, the weather, and the entertaining team. The kids also had fun in the kids club. I want specially thank the team for hospitality and quick response. Looking forward to the next stay

The place was excellent. The staff were all helpful and the food was great. There was variety of food in the place at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The desserts specially were great. The administration, on the other hand was very helpful and understanding. My brother arrived late and they were well prepared to welcome him and guide him to the restaurant directly. " we were at Ramadan during Iftar"

It's nice hotel, pool is amazing, staff on bars very helpful specially Mr Ahmed Also in reception I met Mr Mahmoud he was very smart and catch what I need in my rooms Last and not least Ms Abeer in guest relations was very helpful and reserved for me my favourite restaurant Totally the hotel is super luxury and decorations very expensive The management I saw them making rounds everyday to check the staff attitude Ofcourse I will come again very soon

I'd like to thank rixos hotel alot , the staff are welcoming and the restaurants are more than amazing , specially the asian restaurant , their staff and their food is incredible. The spa and massage center are very awesome. The staff their donia and aya and the Thai girl are great . They make my time happy and they gave me extreme fun , thanks rixos hotel , including management and guest relation

A great hotel and the staff are fiendly specially ms abeer in guest satisfaction she is so helpful and assist us always also the reception is very clean and luxurious and rool is pretty the food was perfect and big variety Also the management are helpful and listening to us if we have any issue
