Hotel is very nice. Lots of activities (e.g., tennis, gym, pilates, yoga).
Service and food could be better.
Breakfast and Dinner are served as buffet. Dinner can also be in one of their separate restaurants which offer a la carte menu. Restaurants needs separate reservation and we needed to wait two days to get a spot. Buffet food is not the best if I need to judge but it’s something subjective.
Service level is good but not great. Something we also experienced in another hotel on the island.
Hotel has created their own beach which is a kind of bay. So if you are looking for a perfect sand beach, just be aware.

This is the happiest and most comfortable hotel we have ever stayed at. Every staff member is very friendly. We complained on the first day that the hotel rooms were not as big as described. After Ctrip's coordination, the hotel upgraded us to the best room the next day.
The food in the hotel is very delicious. The breakfast is a bit monotonous but the dinner is very rich and changes every day. There are 4 restaurants that basically have delicacies from all over the world. There are various song and dance performances, piano performances, etc. every night in the restaurant. The wonderful arrangements of various activities on New Year's Eve are even more unforgettable!
The hotel has many activities every day, our favorites are archery, tennis, snorkeling, etc., all free of charge. There are 4 swimming pools for you to choose from. There is no need to worry about finding a chair. As long as you lie on the beach chair at the swimming pool, you will have a cold and delicious drink delivered to your hand.
We stayed in the hotel for a week and felt at home every day. We would have stayed there if it hadn't been fully booked and couldn't book a room.

Our room had direct access to the beach. The pool was perfect as well as our stay.

When I returned home from two weeks in Paradise Cove I was at a complete loss as to how to put into words how absolutely spectacular my stay was. Start to finish the service was impeccable, food was mouthwatering and the facilities were top class. Of all of the amazing places I’ve visited this one I will certainly return to. If there were one negative it is that some restaurants are weather dependent so if you have a booking and the wind or rain appears you will have to eat in the main themed restaurant. There are thousands of positives though and Paradise Cove is a must for the bucket list !

So beautiful. The view across the bay was worth booking for alone. Lovely friendly staff, and all of the restaurants were absolutely delicious. The room was so bright and airy with a great view across the cove. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Mauritius.

From we checked in till we left this paradise on earth we felt like royals. This place is truly paradise. The staff is so warm, present and welcoming and the place is full of so good energy and hugs end luxury feeling. The food in all 4 restaurants is high end quality an the service level is the same. The massage / spa is heavenly with strong and good masseuses, lots of activities from cyclingtrips, waterspouts, yoga, sailing trips , pool, books, dart and the place is just so comfy and clean and nice. A very 'home-like' welcoming feeling all over.The rooms have a killer view and are just so beautifuland spacey. My best recommendation. I have been traveling all over the world and seen many many hotels - this stands out. Wauw!

Very beautiful resort with all the bells amd whistles; the staff provided the best service and attention to detail I've ever seen. They were extremely accommodating with special food requirements and went out of their way every day to make sure we were satisfied.
