Excellent room, service and food. The reception staff were particularly helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Premier inn was a usual clean and functional, Carclaze restaurant attached is another matter DO NOT go there. The wait to be acknowledged is unreal, the staff do not write down nor read back your order so we saw it going wrong, staff serve across your face at the table rather than go around behind the chairs. Dust on ledges has been there for some time and miss matched chairs everywhere including some light blue ones with dirty fingerprints on them. Not a nice place to eat however the food is well cooked and as the menu. Shortage of staff is evident with those there running about like headless chickens.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Perfect location to lots of nice attractions. All the team i met were very happy and friendly. Check in was quick and painless. The room was clean and well presented with everything I needed. Check out at midday was nice to have a relaxed morning.

Room was clean and bed comfy. Room needed upgrade looking very tired with stripping missing on desk, wall need a paint, bathroom also needs upgrade. I booked two rooms and expected them to be near each other but they wasn’t which I dont understand as under same booking reference, they couldn’t put us near each other as busy. Staff friendly but not sure what they were doing. Had breakfast and dinner in pub opposite which was nice but staff run off their feet and at dinner the manager wasn’t very friendly, the lady who was in charge of breakfast was very helpful.

We stayed here for one night as very close to Eden Project which is only about 8 minutes by car Very friendly and welcoming staff Nice big and clean room There is no air-con but there was a large and fairly quiet fan that was good Nice resturant attached plus this located in a business park with a bakery just 2 minutes away which also offers breakfast choices The only slight negative is there is no lift (although we were offered help if we needed it without bags) and the hotel is u-shaped so it can be a bit of a trek going up various steps to get into your room . But it’s a minor issue but if you do have accessibility issues do check this when you book

Warm welcome from cherri & Lena Family Room was very clean bathroom was spotless All staff were very helpful Beautiful view from our window of the sea 🌊 Sorry had no Pictures Breakfast was a buffet style around £10 kids eat free with a adult Full English , + continental was worth the money
