St. Austell

"Located away from St Austell Town centre, quite a bit of traffic noise if you have the window open. There was a fan in the room ,no air cond. Bed was comfy pillows were a bit hard and lumpy. The fan was not working in the bathroom so got a bit steamed up. I had a continental breakfast which was nice but not much fresh fruit. The cooked breakfast looked nice. The room was nice and clean with kettle and tea bags and coffee. These could be added to from a help yourself box in reception. I would stay here again. Staff very pleasant."

"There is just nothing to fault with this excellent B & B. Ian is the perfect host and has thought of everything to make a stay here comfortable and relaxing. The accommodation is spotless and bedrooms have lots of thoughtful touches, such as bottled water, tissues and plenty of hangers! And very comfortable beds. There is a roomy separate guest lounge and plenty of information about local places to visit, including local eateries. Ian is also a mine of information about everything from weather and traffic conditions, parking and best places to go. The breakfast menu is extensive and everything cooked to perfection! Add an immaculate garden and a prime location for visiting both north and south coasts plus The Edne Project within 15 minutes and you can see that this is a winner! Highly recommended"
