Location was very convenient, rooms were clean beds very comfortable, housekeepers were really friendly and they greeted us and asked us about our stay, the only downside was that we got there at midnight and the shuttle lady was kind of rude we were really exhausted after traveling for more than twenty two hours, that was the only complaint that we have other than that was pleasant stay.

非常糟糕的體驗，酒店裝修沒有完全完成，但設施説實話還可以。接機服務非常差勁，到達時已經晚上10點多了，給酒店打了四五次電話才有人接聽，答應安排車輛，等了20分鐘沒有車子來，又打了兩次電話才有人接聽，從第一次答應安排車輛45分鐘後酒店車才到。堪薩斯城降温，大概就是攝氏兩度，三度左右，被凍了45分鐘才上了酒店車，中間想搭出租，短途司機沒人願意跑。

窗户隔音效果很差，房間層高很低，房間也不大，整個酒店看起來很擁擠。周邊餐飲店少而且價格貴！

Shuttle service was exceptional, waiting outside the airport as we walked out. Late check in went smoothly considering our flight was delayed in arrival. Would definitely use again
