Le Chalet Zannier is a pearl in the amazing town of Megève. My stay at this magnificent Chalet was outstanding. The place is beautiful, the rooms are amazing and the service is over the top - reception, the great restaurant, the spa, housekeeping, the cleaning, the drivers. Everyone is there to help and make you happy. And you are. The food - breakfast and dinner - was truly excellent. The wine selection is awesome. So, wow. Definitely one of my my best holidays ever. To wake up in the morning at Le Chalet Zannier was magical. It’s a dream. One of those unique boutique places that you don’t want to leave, but if you really have to, you only think: when am I coming back? Merci beaucoup to everyone at Le Chalet. It has exceeded my high expectations and I am looking forward to coming again.

This was our second stay at Le Chalet Zannier and had high expectations following an incredible initial experience 5 years ago. But to say our expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every aspect of our stay was extraordinary. And while I would like to base this review around the wonderous accommodation, amazing food, innovative cocktails and superb skiing, it's the people behind Le Chalet that make it so remarkable. Emilie, Marina, Ilijana, and Jordan have assembled a team of professionals who epitomize what personalized service is all about: They make you feel like a guest in their home not their guest in a hotel. We cannot wait to return to Le Chalet next year. We made the mistake of waiting 5 years between stays, we won't be making that mistake again.

Our stay at Zannier could not have been any nicer! The staff was absolutely incredible, caring, and helpful — best service we have ever gotten during our travels! They had a room for skis and boots (which they kept on a heated rack); they were always available to drive us into town or to a restaurant and also to pick us up as soon as we called. Finally, the drinks, bartenders, and tea in the living room after skiing were the best. I also need to give a shout out to the kitchen staff and the concierge and front desk staff, all of whom were absolutely lovely, efficient and responsive. Thank you thank you for a phenomenal stay Zannier!

Une pause calme et relaxante dans un bel environnement. Le chalet est idéalement placé avec une très belle vue plongeante sur Megève. La chambre est immense et chose rare en montagne , il y a une place folle pour ranger ses affaires. Il y a tout ce que l’on peut t’attendre d’un grand hôtel mais avec une touche intimiste très douce. Home away from home comme disent les anglais. Le personnel de l’hôtel est absolument exquis. Ils sont partout sans que l’on les voit. Ils apportent plein de petites attentions de manière discrète et c’est très relaxant. Merci beaucoup chalet Zannier pour cette belle expérience. À très bientôt

Une parenthèse de raffinement sur les hauteurs de Megève. Il est des établissements qui revendiquent le luxe et il y a des équipes hôtelières qui l'incarne. L'équipe du chalet Zannier est de celles-là. Certes l'emplacement est sublime sur les hauteurs de Megève, à l'écart de l'agitation, et l'hôtel en lui même est magnifique avec un vrai esprit de chalet de montagne, loin d'une interprétation clinquante, fausse et qui sonne creux passé le premier regard. Mais c'est surtout la personnalisation, la gentillesse et l'attention du service qui font de cet hôtel une adresse à part. Et après tout c'est sans doute çà le luxe!

Excellent séjour dans ce boutique hôtel à taille humaine et à la décoration très cosy proche du village de Megève.Confort, propreté, accueil, qualité des produits au petit-déjeuner, tout y est. L'équipe est très sympathique et bienveillante sous la direction d'Emilie, la Directrice, qui sera aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. A recommander

Magnifique expérience. Superbe hôtel avec un service à la hauteur du standing. Accueil incroyable dès l'arrivée. Toute l'equipe est exceptionnelle, souriante et au petit soin pour les clients. La directrice est incroyable et rend l'endroit tellement agréable! on se sent à la maison avec un service parfait! Tout est beau et de bon goût. Accueil au restaurant très sympa et agréable. Toute l equipe (bar, restaurant, réception, spa, voituriers, concierge et la directrice) est tellement souriante que c'est un vrai plaisir de les croiser. Notre séjour de 4 jours restera une expérience merveilleuse!

des prestations hors du commun, encore plus exceptionnelles du fait que la direction a eu la gentillesse de nous surclasser. une table très confortable avec une demie-pension avec choix à la carte un personnel qui fait son maximum pour un service parfait et souriant et ce du voiturier à la directrice, qui ne campe pas dans son bureau. en résumé que des compliments, on oublie le prix du séjour ( haut de gamme également)

Nous cherchions un hôtel à Megève pour nous ressourcer qui soit en même temps: -style chalet et 5* - proche du centre ( 5 min à pied) et au calme et avec un service irréprochable et une belle vue. Nous avons trouvé tout cela au Chalet Zannier, avec en prime le dévouement de la Directrice. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, excellent, dans une ambiance cosy et montagnarde. Nous reviendrons cet hiver
