除了價格高檔，其他的都非常非常非常非常的一般，房間小，設施舊，一股黴濕氣味，空調噪音大，淋浴間居然衹有花灑沒有噴頭…連快捷酒店都不如。
更重要的是酒店設施清單中少有的亮點，户外泳池…可能長年沒有維護使用就跟一個垃圾堆一樣，沒有水，長滿青苔……

酒店位置不錯，停車方便。除此之外，感覺找不到讓人印象好的了！前台全程冷臉，早餐啊這些需要提點的地方都是自己去問。唉，感覺對不住這個房間！

我們住的9樓，早餐豐富，味道一般。環境還行。
房間設施太陋，一小部分新一點，過道地毯黴味重，淋浴間居然衹有花灑，沒有噴淋頭，沒有洗澡拖鞋，洗澡太不容易了，設計不合理，淋浴開關、洗手枱開關太不方便了，牆面破舊，非常對不起價格。不會再住

外牆玻璃麪很臟，行政套房房間剛翻過，所以很新，雖然是公裝，但是味道不大。缺點是翻新畢竟不是全新，衞浴很多五金件都是新老混搭，萬國牌。重點説説服務。第一天入住因為是兩大兩小，讓續一瓶水，前台説15一瓶，然後説小童早餐24。第二天一早去吃早飯，12歲的小學生告知要按成人算48一位，3歲的小童要半價24一位。攜程上描述是成人38一位，一米二以下免單。和攜程協調後攜程賠付了早餐款，兩個孩子在九點過終於吃上了早飯，想説的是出早餐券一張是我們房間的，一張是其他不認識房間的，也不知道為什麼。現在攜程已經把加餐收費標準修改了。我也會保留通過12345-12315向眉山市相關部門投訴該酒店的權利。

千萬別住單間，首先是水盆與龍頭距離太近無法洗漱，一用水水就往外流不知那奇葩沒計的，其次房間裏面太熱空調也未開起，每次去東坡區都住該酒店，主要是酒店的早餐豐盛這次體驗太不好下會選別家了。

服務、衞生，環境都挺好的。還有歡迎水果和小零食。過年期間三百多是相當值的。離水街也不遠。窗外景色挺好的。走廊盡頭還看得到湖景，真的很不錯。推薦。早餐也很豐盛，並且味道也不錯。下次來眉山還可以考慮繼續入住。帶小朋友很友好，連小朋友都很滿意。👍
