A lovely little hotel in town. Bedding clean and good quality. Staff super friendly and thank you for early check in for free. The AC is also good and the room is modern and quiet. The bathroom glass window had a lot of toothpaste splattered on it showing lack of thorough cleaning. This needs addressing. Otherwise a lovely stay. Also thank you for the nice shower gels.

Stayed here with friends and had an amazing time! The hotel was super clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The location was perfect—easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The amenities were great, especially the fast Wi-Fi. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Melbourne. Would definitely come back!

There was buzzing sound in the room during first night and the staff Joyce immediately change the room for us 👍

Convenient and close to tram station. Good customer service and we were given corner room and room heating wasn't good, especially bath room. Provided portable heater.
