The property was not clean, there was bloody on the door the toilet paper was stained the rooms were the worst I’ve ever seen
We call the property and they refuse to refund the book fee
We did not stay there and sought alternate accommodation!
We will continue to seek reimbursement for what clearly is an unacceptable booking.

Nothing to like about this unit, the whole unit was dirty, mould in the bathroom, marks on the walls and carpet. The dishwasher didn't work so dishes, cutlery and glasses dirty, kitchen not cleaned well. For the money this is a total ripoff!
Wotif should be embarrassed to offer this unit to customers.
