hotel scadente. Sporco, bagno con un odore poco gradevole. Addirittura sotto a un cuscino è stata ritrovata una svapo, personale scortese, mentre sistemi le valigie vengono ad urlare sul piano. Cena scadente, bicchiere sporco incrostato, pasta praticamente surgelata e il cameriere molto scortese, alla richiesta di una forchetta risponde di calmarsi e non porta nemmeno la forchetta. Coca cola calda. Colazione con cornetto surgelato, con come nutella il “nocciolino”. Inoltre la porta del bagno si poteva aprire facilmente da fuori.

Hotel pessimo, apparte qualche camera che è decente, bagni con una doccia che non ci entra manco un branco di formiche in verticale; altra cosa del bagno emana una luce impressionante e fa un ****** assurdo di sera, se tieni le luci spente sembra davvero di essere in un film horror, le finestre fanno veramente molto rumore chalimenta ancora di più il film horror, cucina pessima, la pasta sembrava dei mattoncini lego con del sugo scaduto da 67 anni, la cotoletta sembrava pesce pescato da un cesso e il dolce in bocca era liquido e poi sapeva di budino (quando in realtà era un panettone con dell'acqua colorati con gli acquarelli marroni per far finta che fosse cioccolato), reception antipatici, portinaio scorbutico e nelle serrature delle camere ci entri solo con un ariete da sfondamento perché le chiavi che ti danno fanno veramente schifo, non ci tornerò mai più.

Una gestione attenta in una struttura che richiama la presenza motoristica a Melfi. Una ristorazione tipica lucana per gli apprezzabli piatti locali, tra questi il migliaccio e un'ottima pasta con ceci.

Hotel che non vale nemmeno mezza stella, camere sporche, bagni che non entri nemmeno se pesi 30 kg, cucina proprio di m***a e non puoi nemmeno uscire a fumare una sigaretta dopo le 23:00 essendo che la reseption è chiusa(mai visto in un hotel), il caffe mamma mia nemmeno commento, colazione scarza e portinaio antipatico, io non lo consiglierei nemmeno a un barbone poi se vuolete fare questa "entusiasmante" esperienza vi auguro buona fortuna.

Non si può dire che le quattro stelle siano di competenza, tuttavia essendo il periodo di San Lorenzo può essere che siano cadute in questi giorni per errore. La struttura ed in particolare le stanze ed i bagni hanno bisogno non di piccoli aggiustamenti ma di profonde ristrutturazioni. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Andrebbe rinnovato sopratutto a partire dai bagni con i servizi igienici e senza finestra! La camera non male colazione cappuccino e caffè no comment! Diciamo che una bella rinnovata a passo con i tempi sarebbe utile per migliorare !!!! buona fortuna hotel due pini.
