Excellent ubication. No more than that. Awful reception. Useless management of the reserve, made via booking. Asked a low floor, got the last at last (15) floor. Bad pesos change against usd. Room service??? Not even seen. Poor cleaning. What else? Stay away from here!!!!!

Excelente vista de toda la ciudad y la cordillera nevada. Muy buena atención , el personal muy predispuestos todos. Cuenta con una cocina equipada, habitaciones cómodas y muy buenos sommier . La limpieza muy buena. Calidad supera al precio. Volveremos pronto.

Mal servicio de limpieza, poco mantenimiento y sobre todo mal servicio en cuanto a la comunicación de los servicios prestados. LAS MUCAMAS NOS ROBARON PLATA Y NUNCA HICIERON NADA. Su respuesta fue: "te doy los datos y anda a denunciar a la policia". Nunca dejen nada de valor por mas que no vayan a limpiarles el cuarto porque pueden entrar igual.

muy bien ubicado muy buena atención, limpieza buena, buena vista desde el apartamento, bien equipada la cocina, te brindan información en el hotel, tiene cochera para guardar auto, cerca de la zona de comidas y las plazas, a todo se puede ir a pie

Ni que les paguen vayan a este lugar. Posiblemente en el pasado haya sido bueno, pero está muy deteriorado por falta de mantenimiento y limpieza en general. Olor insoportable a humo de cigarrillo en todos los pasillos, tétrico. Hablo por el depto que me tocó en suerte, posiblemente algunos sean mejores, pero igualmente el deterioro de los espacios comunes del edificio afecta a todos. Lo único destacable es la ubicación.
