Because I brought my children to the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and planned to go on a night tour, I found this accommodation nearby. I am very satisfied. It takes seven or eight minutes to drive from the Botanical Garden. There are places where locals eat, supermarkets, and vegetable markets nearby. Really good. The price/performance ratio is also very high, the room size is large, because it is a new homestay, the various equipments are still very good, clean and hygienic.

This homestay is a 6-story building with a large terrace on the roof. When I went to the terrace to watch the rain, I saw the boss and his wife washing and drying the bed sheets, so the bedding is really changed every guest. I think the most important thing about staying in a homestay is hygiene. Anti-collision stickers are installed on the table corners of the homestay, and there are quite a lot of people living here with children. There are also disposable toilet covers in the bathroom. It takes 3 minutes to take a taxi from the Botanical Garden, 8 yuan, and walk for more than 10 minutes. Eating in the town is much more convenient than in the botanical garden. 從來沒有點評過酒店，這次實在超出預期！必須要表揚店家。我們的行程是植物園夜遊，第二天遊玩植物園，王蓮酒店和雲瀾居二選一，因為二者價差巨大，且網友評價雲瀾居極好，抱着試試看的心態定的，用了攜程積分抵扣之後價格跌破眼鏡。夜遊當天小朋友嗓子啞了，臨時給酒店打電話問哪裡有資源，店家很着急，要帶着我們去，我們怕麻煩店家問清楚地址自己去的，過程中店家還一直打電話問孩子怎麼樣了，是真的關心，不是客套。晚上12點到了酒店，店家把車開到店裡停好，不用擔心停車。上下樓有電梯，屬實不是一個民宿該有的標準。房間寬敞明亮，我最在意衞生問題，絲毫沒踩雷。第二天有的時候還給我們送了小禮物，果乾和水，小朋友很喜歡。這麼好的店家，必須大大表揚，這次植物園沒玩夠，等小朋友大點再來還住你家！不是託，沒返現，沒回扣，真誠推薦！

獨自帶孩子出行，房間超級滿意，乾淨衞生安全，周邊吃飯特別方便，走路到中科西門也就15分鐘。老闆超級超級好，看我帶孩子還帶着大行李箱，幫我們把行李送到站牌，人也特別好。我是在王蓮和民宿間選了這家，事實證明性價比完超王蓮。小童防撞護角，服務和房間的乾淨程度真的給我們的行程增添了色彩。感謝老闆幫助！好的酒店需要分享.

離植物園西門步行12-15分鐘，到北門更近，對面有個農貿市場可以逛，周邊餐館很多吃飯非常方便。住宿環境也很不錯，很安靜，小院子很美。重點是老闆非常熱情，非常照顧我們！

房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生，有電梯，院裏的植物很漂亮，離植物園不算遠，走小路15分鐘，夜遊很方便。樓下有幾個超市，還有農貿市場，江邊夜市，飯菜做的不錯。老闆很熱情，送我們去客運站去望天樹了。走時還送了禮物，非常感謝。

雖然是民宿，但是非常的乾淨舒適，周邊就有吃飯的地方，超市和集貿市場，車可以停在民宿門口的路邊，老闆負責停車費，也可以停到民宿裏面，很方便。家庭套房兩室一廳，很好住，背街，很安靜。客棧距離植物園步行十五分鐘，開車3分鐘，第二天趕早去植物園或者夜遊都很方便。臨走老闆還送了伴手禮，真是有心了。

沒有選王蓮，因為覺得不值得，另外一個春節3000一晚也捨不得，這家民宿非常乾淨，老闆也很好，距離植物園走路10+分鐘，周圍很多商店，位置方便又乾淨，推薦大家以後都可以住這家

超出預期值的一次住宿！
民宿在街邊的門頭並不大，門口看着也沒有很特別。往裡麪走路過一小片露天庭園，裏面的植物豐富多彩。
辦入住的前台實際是在更裏面的樓。
本來還做好心裏建設，民宿大概率是要拿箱子走上樓的。沒想到這家居然有電梯！加分！
衞生間洗手枱的邊角加了防撞角，用心了~
登記入住的時候，店家還熱情喊我們吃水果。
自駕來，把車停在店門口的車位上，白天是計時收費的，晚上免費。收費會在車上留計費條，不着急繳費。可以把住店期間的停車計費條收好，離店時候給店家，店家會負責停車費。
總之，這次住宿各種意外收穫，相當滿意！
