If I could give this place 20/10 for service, I would. When we arrived at the location, we were in a complete state of panic as we thought we had been scammed by the gas station up the road. After checking us in (a few hours early), the receptionist kindly accompanied us back to the gas station and helped us translate between Italian and English, clarifying the misunderstanding of the situation. This was exceptional service and kindness we were not expecting. The room itself was incredibly luxurious - we actually had 2 bedrooms (family suite) for 2 people. The walk-in wardrobe was a delightful surprise, although we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it. As we were both working while on holiday, the study desk in each room gave us the privacy and space to do our meetings and work independently. The bar fridge was useful for us to store our salads, snacks and bottled drinks. The bed was super comfortable and we had a very restful sleep. The pillows were also the right height. Thankfully, there was air conditioning - our previous hotel did not. We slept like babies. The bathroom had all the amenities, including a hairdryer which is essential for me. Best for last - breakfast the next morning was an absolute feast. The continental style breakfast spread was generous and we indulged in pastries, yogurt, fresh fruits and marvellous coffee. I believe everything is baked fresh in house. As we checked out, we were even gifted a bag of pastries to take on our journey with us. ＜3 I highly recommend this place, and I am ever grateful to the wonderful hospitality we enjoyed here.

A better B&B experience. I chose to stay in the dock town on the day I transferred to the ferry. This family hotel has independent parking facilities, which is more convenient. Just need to use the key card. There are too many keys, which is a bit troublesome. Other aspects, including service, are very good.

The host was excellent throughout the stay! The services were excellent! Safe parking at the property! An accommodation that far exceeded my expectations regarding the city of Messina! Gazda a fost excelentă pe toată perioada șederii! Serviciile au fost excelente! Parcarea la proprietate in siguranță! O cazare ce a oferit cu mult peste așteptările mele cu privire la orașul Messina!

Given that this review is the result of my personal experience of the visit to the facility. Booked a fortnight before the stay, the manager very kindly called us to ask me the arrival time and in fact we arrived at 12.30 well before check in and I thank him for this. He gave us some tips on where to visit places in Messina. But the sore points are about the room he proposed to us, a room with a home automation system bordering the car park where we were able to park our car, but a soundproof room, at the entrance there was a coming and going during the night of the other guests which I hear in addition to hearing the door banging continuously as if it were inside the room, and also an air conditioner controlled with a home automation system but which made an infernal noise! So a hot and sleepless night! They had to take the ferry so apart from the 115 euros for the room with breakfast and a coffee we didn't have any and I can't judge. For the room my opinion is terrible, perhaps even less so. But the manager's kindness can compensate for a rating that could be an average rating as long as you don't rest in the room that borders the entrance and the parking lot! Avoid it

Struttura nuova, camere spaziose Parcheggio interno comodo,ottima posizione per chi arriva da Villa San giovanni. Il sig Giovanni gentile e disponibile Colazione buona Una piccola precisazione per la pulizia, un po più accurata soprattutto nel bagno. Comunque lo consiglio .

Esperienza molto soddisfacente! Ottima posizione in città. Struttura curata e pulitissima, comodo parcheggio interno e altri servizi di qualità elevata e inusuale per un b&b. Personale cortese, disponibile e professionale. In particolare, Giuseppe, con Giovanni e Paola, gentilissimi e sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Ottimo hotel. Proprietario gentilissimo. Servizio impeccabile. Situato in un posto comodissimo. Il parcheggio riservato rende comodo il soggiorno e protetta la macchina. La struttura è nuova e gli arredi ottimi. Lo consiglio vivamente se andate a Messina.
