Overall was good. Nothing to complain. Great location. Need to pay €5 per room for luggage storage so was acceptable. Staffs were friendly and helpful, quick response.

The ACTV bus route 15 connect this hotel and the venice airport. There are some good restaurants around and the food is at a good price.

A pretty modern hotel to stay. No parking in the hotel so we find a public parking space nearby. Staff are not very helpful. They are NOT cheerful nor welcoming especially the male staff. I am sorry. Never seen a hotel staff would ask the guest to line up again if you have 2 questions. That's ridiculous.

This hotel is near train station, also close to market, very convenient. The room is clean and size is decent. Staffs are polite and friendly.

The hotel location was perfect. Very near to convinience store, McDonalds and much more. The hotel doesnt have parking space but you can park at the near by public parking for free at night (1 minute walk). The only problem was the wifi. No connection most of the time

the location is the most incredible, because it is next to the bus station and the hotel is beautiful and very clean and they treated us very well
