Hotel management and staffs services are very nice and kind. Services are very good. Breakfast was delicious.

The first room they gave me smelled. The second room they gave me also smells like dirty human odors. Never staying here again.

The hotel is general good and clean. It provides a free breakfast with diverse options. However it has limitations which make the stay not completely pleasant. For example, lighting in the room is very poor, no hand towels are provided. The hotel provided only one small bottle of water to be shared by two people, not one bottle per person. The second night they only give us one bath towel. The room glass windows are very dirty. Advantages: there are several convenience stores and fast food restaurants at walking distance. Ubers are readily available. There is mega shopping plaza at a five minutes Uber’s ride.

New room and clean, good size of the room. Breakfast good enough. Easy to park and incredible and safe location

Excellent location to visit the Universidad Iberoamericana and at the heart of the Santa Fe corporate world and convenient restaurants

They moved me to 3 separate rooms for reasons that made leas than zero sense. My key card deactivated approx 8 rimes during the visit.

Hotel is in poor condition. It might work if you just need to sleep but dont expect too much

included breakfast is absolutely disgusting. after 8 am they were out of coffee and eggs and more than 2 days of the week I was there. the hotel temperature was cold AF. impossible to adjust the temperature in the room. Bathroom shower was leaking out on the floor everything someone would shower. overall deceiving

It is convenient, close to a lot of places, safe tobwalk, nice facilities, very good breakfast and great service by all the staff.
