I was bitten by a bed bug. I stayed for a day and got bitten by a bed bug. It was the first day of my trip and it was the worst. There were so many bed bugs. My whole body was in trouble. I was so angry. Don't go.

The bathroom had a water leak, a small cockroach came out of the shower drain, the mattresses are very old and watery. Out of 4 people they only gave us 2 towels.

Habitación horrible, nada que ver con la foto que publicitan en internet. Catres en lugar de camas. Experiencia para olvidar, reserve una semana antes y cuando llegamos por la noche nos dieron la habitación 910, que no se parece en nada a lo que publican en internet en el sitio del hotel, cucaracha, baño sucio, tv sin control y las camas matrimoniales eran catres de metal con malla y colchones horribles. Terminé sin poder descansar ni dormir y con la espalda adolorida con molestias. Mis hijos y esposa molestos y con una experiencia desagradable. NO ES LO QUE PROMETEN EN SU PÁGINA NI EN LAS PLATAFORMAS DE RESERVACIÓN Y VENTA EN LÍNEA.

Solo buena ubicación, pero las habitaciones huelen a cigarrillo y mugre. Las instalaciones demasiado deterioradas y antiguas, la atención regular, no hay siquiera estación de café. El internet es superlento yme inestable.
