It was really not what we expected

Our ferry into Caen arrived late. We were then stuck in traffic and so arrived after 22:00. Reception hasn’t waited for us. We lost our money and had nowhere to sleep, with 2 children. All hotels were full. Will never book this hotel again when we travel to Caen with the afternoon ferry.

Séjour agréable, la dame de l'accueil sais gentiment proposée de ce levé 1h plus tôt pour le petit déjeuner. Chambre très propre, la petite bouilloire avec quelques dosettes de café très bien, juste un peu de bruit lmavec la route juste à côté dommage.

Hôtel bien tenu et personnel charmant mais chambre sans climatisation et salle de bain extrêmement exiguë. Très faible hauteur sous plafond pour la douche avec une douchette qui ne fonctionnait pas.
Pas de tapis de bain.
Aucun équipement dans la salle de bain à l’exception d’une serviette de taille moyenne. (Pas de mouchoirs, pas de petite serviette).
WC tellement exiguës qu’il faut s’asseoir de biais. Une personne de grande taille ne peut pas les utiliser.
Petit déjeuner en supplément à 12 euros par personne, enfant au même tarif.
En conclusion, trop cher pour les prestations fournies.

Signalisation incomplète. Pas facile à trouver. Toilettes très exiguës. Accès au papier toilette très difficile. Accueil moyen. Prix élevé pour la prestation.
