No microwave , Staff is not attentive and don’t listen to you. My room was unlocked by someone after I left for work beach. When I came back my room was open without any cleaning. We complaint but no one took care of it. I will

The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the beach, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the bed, the pillows and the bed linen are super comfy.
You should be ready to sleep with the earplugs in, as the Collins avenue is noisy and there is a night club next door.

I booked the superior queen room and it was tiny the orange wall made the room even smaller. There was no wardrobe or dressing table. No free water or robes only towels.

Staff very happy, room was big plenty of space, roof top pool, if you want to save money you can bring you’re own drink up 👍 location is perfect. Plenty to do. Walking distance for everything in Miami south beach 🏖️
