I booked for 3 people in the room. We got one queen bed and a bunker which was nice. However we only received only two bath towels and nothing more. No bathmats, no hand towels, no facecloth. I thought it was a weird setup for a hotel.
Lots of deficiencies. Bedside lamps were both not working and very unstable. The big cables were just hanging out. It was difficult to plug it in since the outlet was behind the bed which is out of reach. Found old socks on the bed corner.
Water pressure in the shower was hit or missed. Mirror was barely useful since so much scratches you can barely see your face.

There was blood on the beds , rooms were dirty, and the staff a little bit rude.
I wouldnt recommend ir atay again.

Couldnt find.No signs.Front desk a small folding table.Can not use pool until 11pm! Paking 5 minutes away and cost $40.00.No breakfast just instant coffee.I small towel folded on bottom of bed.None in bathroom.Bathroom fan dosent work.No outlets in room at all.

Housekeeping just make the beds. Never clean the Barthroom and the floor. Sometimes you don’t get new towels. If you stay only for a Weekend it‘s ok, because of the Location of the Hotel.

I didn't like about the property that they can't offer access to a plastic chair for disable people to take a shower.
Also, one day we didn't have electricity and no one could fix it.

For the price, you cannot beat this property. Location is perfect for shopping and dining on Lincoln Road.

I chose this hotel because we needed 2 separate rooms for the 4 of us and it worked out well. I wish the hotel had a real front desk instead of what looked like a small fold up table in the lobby. The bathroom is in need of updates but sufficient for an overnight stay. Einstein Brothers bagel, McDonald's, Trader Joe's and other shopping are within very short walking distances. Ocean Drive is about 20-25 minutes walk away. That's where I usually stay when I come to Miami, South Beach is the best!!!

Great location. When we arrived, the lights went out on the entire block. The front desk helped store our luggage. The pizza location around the corner is EXCELLENT perfect. I love that Trader Joe's is up the street and Walgreens. Everything you need is near the hotel. The downfall is that the TV in the rooms does not show football games. I saw a roach on the perimeter of the elevator, and the chargers near the beds hardly worked. We walked down to a pub to watch the game; it was significant and expensive. But that's South Beach for you.
