They don’t clean your room on a Sunday- are you joking? How cheap is this hotel so they don’t hire more people. How is this a 4 star hotel, I have travelled everywhere and this is a 1 star hotel. Also they give you one tiny pillow. What’s wrong with this hotel. No toiletries. It’s hair and body wash instead of hand soap. Such terrible management

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Unitral in Mielno. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht mehr hinreisen. Wir haben das Gefühl bzw. die Erfahrung gemacht, dass deutsche Gäste benachteiligt werden. Polnischen Gästen wird gestattet mit dem Bademantel in der Lobby zu sitzen. Wir setzten uns einen Tag später an den Rand der Lobby und wurden unhöflich ermahnt, dass das nicht geht. Polnische Gäste verzehren mitgebrachtes Essen und trinken ihre Getränke. Wir setzten uns mit einem kleinen Piccolo in die Lobby und schon kam eine Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption mit schnellen Schritt auf uns zu und teilte uns mit, dass das nicht erlaubt ist. Beim Check-out wird meine Freundin plötzlich stehen gelassen und die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption wendet sich polnischen Gästen zu. Ist es diesen Gästen nicht zuzumuten, etwas zu warten? Besonders eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption (blonde, lange Haare zum Zopf gebunden) glänzte durch sehr schlechte Umgangsformen. Sie hat vollkommen den Beruf verfehlt. Dem Personal fehlen die einfachsten Umgangsformen. Was der Spa-Bereich aufbaut, wird durch das Personal wieder eingerissen. Hier stimmen Anspruch und Wirklichkeit nicht annähernd überein.

To w zasadzie nie hotel, ale kombinat leczniczo-uzdrowiskowy. Hotel duży (trzeba się trochę nachodzić), ale parking niezbyt obszerny. Dobre zaplecze konferencyjne. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Kuchnia przyzwoita. Na zabiegi i leczniczo być może O.K. Na pobyt wakacyjny chyba nie koniecznie.
