The hotel is located in the heart of Milan, a quiet place hidden away in the city. The service is especially considerate.

It's very bad. Something in the hotel room was lost and we had to call the police to check the camera. We didn't have time to waste there, so we just gave it to them. The security and management are too poor and not worth the price.

For a hotel that costs more than 10,000 per night, it is quite average. The room is not small and the decoration is relatively new. However, due to the small scale of the hotel, many public facilities are missing. The hotel has no lobby, just a small public area at the entrance. There is no swimming pool or spa. The breakfast is really shocking, with bread and packaged snacks purchased from outside, or you can order them separately for an extra fee, and there are very few varieties.

The room is clean and hygienic. It smells delicious when you walk in. There is also a macaron. The facilities are very new and the service is great.

The service is not satisfactory for the price.
