Terrible service, terrible breakfast (which didn't exist). The attitude of the two night and day goalkeepers was terrible. The climate for a fee of €4 per night. Without elevator. Only good as read, the rest is worth burning

Booked via travel agents. Arrived (with warning) late one day because of the airline strike. They couldn't find the booking for a while and were exceptionally rude; at the point when they were kicking us out, my son saw our booking over the shoulder of the guy at the reception. 'Oh, I thought you were already in the room'. The room (for me and my son) was double bed instead of twin as booked. Hardly any food at breakfast. Charged the wrong amount for Milan tourist tax. We stayed in a different hotel for another night, at a lower price despite short-notice booking, and service was much better.

Terrible hotel, bathroom in pitiful conditions and with water leaks everywhere. Owner unsympathetic and deaf to any request. Little attention is paid to the safety of those staying. Absolutely avoid.

Es un hotel con la equipación correcta a sus dos estrellas. La relación calidad/precio es correcta. Limpio, agua caliente abundante, bien climatizado, sin ruidos, con sábanas y toallas de buena calidad y limpias. El mobiliario y el colchon son mejorables. El desayuno es correcto.
