I have read many negative reviews about this hotel, but when I arrived, I completely disagreed. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was small, but very very clean. It had everything you needed. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and courteous. They did everything to make me want to come back. I asked to check in an hour early and they kindly gave me this opportunity at no extra charge. Make up artists, hairdressers, stylists and photographers came to my room to help prepare me for fashion week, but none of the hotel staff showed any displeasure. After checking out, I left my things in storage, went back several times to get something and every time they smiled at me. I can say that this hotel is better than many 3 star hotels in Milan.

I understand that you shouldn't expect much from a 2 star hotel, but at least the bare minimum would be welcome. Small, dated and dirty rooms. They smell like smoke and are full of dust. The bathrooms are miserable. I passed the disinfectant on the cup and put some paper to avoid any contact. I didn't take a shower because it disgusted me to even get in it, let alone touch the towels. I'm sorry because the receptionist was very kind in welcoming us, but this was definitely the only positive note. For the rest, the hotel should be closed. It made me nauseous.
