We had an apartment overlooking the pool & seafront, fantastic views! Very comfortable furnishings with everything we needed. Elise, the agent, was fantastic, spoke excellent english, so helpful with organising taxis & telling us information. She also organised a taxi guide when we visited Sao Antao, which is a must! Absolutely beautiful. The pool & the area around it was very clean & lovely & peaceful, sometimes just us. We would definitely go back.

What is indicated on the sites does not correspond to what was found. In the apartments there is no WI-FI, there are no "facilities" to make tea or coffee, in our apartment there was no hot water. The NABUCCO restaurant is closed indefinitely, so there is no possibility of having dinner or breakfast in the area, the shop/supermarket was closed, the poolside snack bar closed... in short, a ghost Aparthotel. The gentleman at check-in was however very kind and made up for it by giving us a taxi at their expense to go to and from Mindelo to eat, as well as a taxi to the airport.
To overcome the problem of the shower (lack of hot water), another boy who was on evening shift made another apartment available to us (used by someone or many), therefore not clean and with a nice souvenir condom thrown into the toilet which he clogged the drain and it was in plain sight....well....to forget!
The place seems abandoned and has become, in our opinion, an hourly guest house.
