Check in/out was easy. Room was beat up pretty good. Our room had no carpet which was nice. However it also allowed you to see all the crumbs and yuck beside night stands and dressers. Breakfast area was decent and lots of options.

The price was good. The hot water didn't work the whole time we were there, so my family enjoyed cold showers. And the reason we booked here was to have a nice soak in the hot tub... But it was broken.

I went two nights without TV - tried two different cable boxes, and neither worked. Shower temperature was lukewarm. No washcloths in the bathroom. Room was dusty as if it hadn’t been used for a while. Two of the four vanity bulbs were burned out. An air cleaner and ozone machine had been left in the room, which made me wonder what smells they were mediating. (The room smelled ok when we were there). The hot tub was down for maintenance (which happens, I get it). The pool was warm but very small - four kids splashing around was almost too much. On the day of checkout, they knocked on the door and gave me no time to answer and walked in - two hours before checkout time. I received a discounted room since the hotel changed my reservation, but even that wasn’t worth it.

It was a good stay, perfect location for my hospital appoin**ent. Staff was warm and helpful. Only complaint was the smokers in front of the door when I arrived. Front desk gal was very kind to my complain.

Great hotel for price. Can leave car here for no extra cost while we flew to Vegas. Make sure you have Lyft as no cab service or shuttle.

I understand purchasing a cheaper hotel to stay at. And I'm not a high maintenance person. All I wanted was a clean room to sleep in with a pool and hot tub that works for my kiddo. We got there and hot tub was broken, was told the hot water heater is broken for the whole hotel, so no hot water here either. You would think if you advertise for a hotel they would already warn you prior to coming that these things are not working. Worst hotel ever. I'm surprised that they are even allowed to stay open as I truly don't think it is up to code. Don't feel safe either, noone at front desk all evening moone supervising anything, nothong. Went to hotel room floor and smelled cigarette smoke as well. Note: they did give me a discount for the room, but I would rather have slept in my car as it would have been safe and if I would have known this prior.
