Our bathroom didn't have a door. the toilet didn't flush. no remote to be found. the halls are filthy and stinky, needs painted and new carpet. seems to be a run down apar**ent complex, than a motel

This place was absolutely disgusting!!! The carpet was so dirty qe didnt take of our shoes.. sheets and bedding was stained. WE Slept on top of the blankets fully dressed , there was still garbage on our room,there was no door on the bathroom.The toilet did not flush there was ni water in the back toilet tank, when qe asked front desk he told us to fix it ourselves. The drawers had food crumbs , curtain were torn,numerous people drunk outside .

This motel is in city that I grew up in, and we haven’t been back in six years and wow have things changed. We paid for 3 nights, stayed one night, and would never go back to this motel. The cleanliness and condition of the property was absolutely horrible, lots of undesirable things going on. Burn holes in bedding and carpets, garbage on floor, towels not clean, smoke smell everywhere even though supposed to be non smoking

I don't have anything good to say since when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist informed me that I didn't have any reservation with them, I made the reservation through ********** and showed him the reservation email but It didn't matter because he told me that I didn't make the reservation with the hotel and that everything was full, I made the reservation in advance on September 12 for September 30. until October 1, now I have to wait for the money they charged me on September 12 to be returned to my card
