Unfriendly customer service at the front desk, not welcoming at all. Toilet seat looks and feels like it came from a garage sale (small chip out of the seat…) There was a small hole in the drywall near shower and the bed felt like a brick

A good motel in a convenient location when traveling from the East coast to Ontario. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was our 1th stay and we would recommend it to friends for a pit stop. Good location.

I stayed for 4 nights. The room was very clean. The bathroom was VERY clean! The Continental Breakfast had adequate variety. The hotel is central to many shops, a nice park across the street for a walk, and a shopping mall nearby.

This may be the best and least expensive modern hotel in Miramichi area. Both the second floor balconies and the first floor have partial views of the river and the downtown. The hotel seems to be run by an inspiring family, with the parents and adult children providing friendly and helpful service. It is very slightly run down but not in anyway that inconvenience the guests.
