This is a hotel that I'm glad I visited.
The services and amenities are excellent, and you can enjoy the luxury of champagne from breakfast onwards.
The staff were polite, but there was too little verbal explanation, so I feel I would have enjoyed it more if they had given me a little more guidance on how to make the most of the service.

Went there for my father's 80th birthday. The stay was excellent. A few things I'd like to say to improve the experiences are 1 - they should have hotel concierge. At the front desk or bell desk, I was never sure who to ask or sometime there was no one around to request services or ask questions. When I called the front desk, the call was usually not answered or waited many rings. 2nd thing - maybe you can emphasise how you are keeping the beautiful Miyako's nature and environment. I did not get that impression that you enforcing that for guests or as the hotel policy.

I have never felt so safe and satisfied as a customer before. I am grateful to all the staff I met at the hotel. I would definitely like to visit this hotel again with my grandchildren.

The exterior of the facility looks a little dated.
The interior is beautiful and full of luxury. The staff was polite, but there were some who forgot what they were asking unless they asked for it, or when they checked out, they were guided to another seat and served the people who came later first. There were nice staff members, but there was unevenness depending on the person. To be honest, I thought the hospitality was not worth the price.
