Enjoyed time with family. Had access to everything the Hwy restaurant the parade shopping. Walking parks all very accessible.

I wish there was a pool.

Great management team and staff the hotel stay was great to no problems on to of restaurants minutes away from hotel clean property housekeepers have a great attitude and they are looking to hire housekeepers to supplement your income I will stay there again

I have been here since Sept. 2023, now it's May 2024, and the staff and facilities have been without complaint. I am totally pleased to be in these fine facilities and with the fine and courteous people who work here on every level. I have had only one concern and that was about a guest who felt he had to rev-up high loud vehicle at 4 am and leave it running until 6 am. The staff was able to handle the situation. I would recommend this ESA facility to anyone needing overnight to long-term facilities.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was great, the room was clean, and the A/C kept me cold. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I felt safe and in my opinion they are centrally located food and shopping. Great place to stay if you come down for business or leisure.

I reserved a room for this hotel online. After driving 9 hours to get there, I arrived to a hotel under renovation. When I arrived, it appeared that the office area was taped off with yellow caution tape with no way in. I walked around looking for a way in and found a small opening in the tape where I could get into the office. There were 3 women behind the desk. When I said I had a reservation, they rudely informed me they had no reservations for that night, and that I had been billed a no show for the previous night! When I showed them my confirmation email, they told me I had to call the booking agent. I called the booking agent who refunded the 'no show' charge and confirmed my reservation for this night. With me on hold, the booking agent called the hotel and spoke to the manager. The manager rudely refused to honor my reservation price and said I would have to make a new reservation with a higher price! At that point, the booking agent canceled my reservation and issued an immediate refund. I was treated so rudely by the manager with NO APOLOGIES OFFERED!!! Since major renovations were underway, with the office almost completely taped off, they should not have even been open for business. I have NEVER had a worse experience at any hotel I give the hotel and the manager 0 stars!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Have stayed at Extended Stay in Mobile for over 4 business deployment. I can always expect a good clean room wirh a friendly staff to make my stay enjoyable. Just the other day I had an issue with bathroom sink and it was fixed the next day, even got call from manager who let me know it was taken care of.
