This hotel has been recommended by friends who live in Modena for long time. At the beginning I was worried about some feedbacks read online but after two days spent there I can confirm our choose. Most liked: receptionists are really friendly and professional, check-in experience has been wonderful and rich of suggestions for our time in Modena; rooms at 3th floor ve been refreshed recently and are comfortable, clean and with amenities always appreciated; breakfast is surprisingly you can really enjoy food and drinks in a well refined space and with friendly personel who can help you with milk and coffee. To be improved: orange juice is not inline with Italian quality, room air conditioning is little noisy during night. Overall nice experience considering the good location close to services and city center. I will strongly recommend this hotel, it worth the money.

I give this hotel a negative review. It was difficult to get to the room because they were doing renovations and the corridor was impassable. The air conditioning was forcibly turned off by the reception, which was absurd despite the scorching heat, which reached 43 degrees.

There was chewing gum on the bedspread, dirty bathrooms, mold everywhere, uncomfortable beds and terrible food except for breakfast. From the entrance everything seemed perfect but it is not. I have never been in a hotel like this. It is to be avoided absolutely

Really excellent, very large and modern structure, no parking difficulties, 10 minutes walk from the center of Modena. Courteous and trained concierge staff. The breakfast room is scary, an endless number of sweet and savory delicacies and every type of drink. Truly a great hotel, I will definitely return!

Nice lobby, friendly and welcoming staff. Five star breakfast and good dinner too, with lots of choice. I wouldn't give 5 stars for the rooms, especially for the bathroom which was too small without any support. The bathrooms are also small and narrow except for the shower, which is large but does not have a mobile shower head. The blankets are a little shabby and the thing that in my opinion is a little dirty are the aesthetic cushions because I don't think they are changed with every change of customers. For the rest all good

Posizione tutto sommato buona in quanto è vicino al centro. C'è tanto parcheggio e le camere sono essenziali ma carine. Non un granché l'insonorizzazione e la colazione, totalmente nella norma per questo tipo di hotel. Prezzo un po' troppo alto rispetto alla qualità offerta

Leider nicht empfehlenswert Das Hotel war insgesamt eine Enttäuschung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war bereits eine Stunde vor Ende so gut wie leer und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt – wer später kam, hatte Pech. Der Toilettendeckel war beschädigt, die Beschichtung abgeplatzt – unhygienisch und schlicht unschön. Die Klimaanlage fiel regelmäßig aus, was bei den Temperaturen einfach inakzeptabel war. Die Dusche war so winzig, dass vermutlich nur sehr schlanke Personen überhaupt hineinpassen – absolut unpraktisch und nicht zeitgemäß. Der einzige Lichtblick: Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Aber das allein reicht leider nicht, um über die vielen Mängel hinwegzusehen.

Buon hotel, cortesissimo e disponibile il personale. Colazione da favola: ma i viste così tante torte, dolci e salati x colazioni internazionali. Posizionato vicino al centro, facile da raggiungere. E facile muoversi a piedi. Consigliabilissimo.
