Location is very good. Between Medina and boulevard. Design is very beautiful.
What could be improved:
water in the shower was with some sand or dust
tap was broken
there was a lot of short dark hairs under bed sheet
breakfast was very modest

Unfortunately we had a bad experience because on the last day we asked at the hotel how we could go to see Carthage etc and they recommended a hotel taxi with a price for the 2 hours we needed, well in the end the taxi driver took us where he wanted and was also increasing the time to save more, when we arrived at the airport he told us that he had nothing to do with the hotel and charged us more, he was a thief and a liar, the truth is that we ended our stay in Tunisia in a bad way, and the hotel is responsible because they recommended it to us.
