"Fantastic experience. It's a rather brand new facility that is up to date and clean. Amenities are well stocked. The staff here are what makes the place tick, they are polite, attentive and helpful. Much appreciation to them and will be coming back here when I'm next in Tunis 👍🏽 Note for management: the bedding is a bit too stiff for some of us with back problems, I wonder if something can be done about it."

"The room is so old! A large wardrobe takes up half of my room. I went to see a friend's room and it was a little better. The breakfast waiter was very nice. The geographical location is an advantage. It would be nice if the maintenance and repairs can be strengthened a little."

It's very close to the airport (20 RMB), the Blue and White Town and the ruins of Carthage (20 RMB), and a 10-minute walk from the Medina. Everything was perfect."

The spaces are kept meticulously clean and each of them tells a family story that is really interesting to hear. A strong point is made up of people who demonstrate that they care and are interested in their customers, without ever being heavy-handed or indiscreet. "It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety."

"I booked a deluxe twin room, and the front desk service was very friendly upon check-in. The only thing is that the room was on a mezzanine level, so we had to take the elevator and then walk up one flight of stairs. The room itself was spacious and bright, and the location was convenient with all sorts of snacks available downstairs, right on the main road. It was pretty good. The breakfast also had a good variety. Recommended!"

"I had a really disappointing experience at this hostel. When I arrived, there were visible stains on both the blankets and sheets, which was honestly pretty concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. I asked staff to change them and the response I got was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. In general, several staff members came across as unfriendly and seemed annoyed whenever I asked for help. There was also an issue with pricing. I was quoted two different prices and ended up being overcharged, which felt misleading and unprofessional. The washroom was another major issue. There was a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away and was bad enough to cause headaches. Even with a normally weak sense of smell, it was impossible to ignore. Overall, the environment felt uncomfortable and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here."

"Really friendly staff within the hotel! I did however notice numerous stains in parts of my room especially the tiling / walls of the bathroom. Entering and Exiting can be a struggle due to being doorbell operated meaning there can be delays in answering the door for late arrivals. At 5AM during early daylight hours I went downstairs to head out and go for a walk to explore Tunis however one of the staff members was asleep on the hotel couch meaning I had accidentally woken him upon seeking to hesd out that morning. I would consider this hotel again if really necessary."
