The hotel is located in a remote area, on a hillside in the small town of Twins. It shares access with a residential complex, making it very inconvenient to walk down to eat. The hotel front desk staff lacked system management training and their quality was uneven. When entering the room, guests had to pass through the front room of the cart where linen was piled. When I checked in, it was at night. After asking, there was only one room in the entire hotel at night. There are security personnel patrolling the hotel, which really worries about the safety of the hotel; there are many guests on the first floor who like to sit around and play cards or rest, but there is no cleaner responsible for cleaning the environment at night. After drinking, paper cups and garbage are randomly discarded on the table; the room Some of the internal sockets are of worrying quality and cannot be used, and some are loose; the outer wall of the bathroom in the parent-child room has become damp and blistered, which is obviously because the waterproofing treatment was not done properly in the previous construction. There are also square and round lights on the top of the bathroom that were turned on during the construction process. There is no follow-up treatment after opening for a long time; the breakfast is quite satisfactory. The only bad thing is that due to the high temperature, water vapor drips under the glass baffle in the cooking area. The cleaning staff does not care whether there are guests nearby and just wipes it with a rag. The customer experience is very poor. .
