"I don't recommend staying here. The place was really bad. I complained on the platform, and they refunded me about 80 yuan. 1. The hotel knew there was renovation work next door, so why did they give me a room near the renovation site? It's really strange. 2. After I went downstairs, the front desk told me about my complaint. I said the renovation was affecting the room, and they told me to understand, saying it wasn't their fault, but the renovation was happening next door. Why weren't they informed before I checked in? 3. The parking space is really small. My car is a bit long, so it was difficult to back out. 4. On the day of check-in, they called me twice, but I didn't answer. Later, when I went downstairs, they said my car was in someone else's parking space, and I moved it. On the day of check-in, I went out and asked them to change the batteries in the TV and air conditioner remotes. When I came back and asked the front desk, they hadn't changed them. There are two staff members at the front desk, and they only changed them after I asked them when I returned. Everything that was said before is true; the store can provide supplementary information or explanations."
