Hotel Ercolini & Savi was clean and convenient. A few minor issues with the room. Shower was very tiny. Room safe didn’t work. Shower dripped and although they were in to fix it, the dripping continued all week. Air Conditioning didn’t work - desk said we had to be in room to have it addressed. Very noisy locatin.

Great place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are really good. Especially good stay for exploring the region. Train travel to Florence and Pisa is cheap

Great location to visit Tuscany. Close to rail. Many restaurants/shopping in easy walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on the street at night.(First floor room)

Went half board. The food was very good and great service. Staff very friendly. Room was very clean and was silent at night. The hotel is central and near the railway station. I would return to this hotel.

This hotel is old & very grubby. The rooms have not been maintained in any way. I can't believe the reviews here as that was why I stayed. See photos attached for yourself. I left ASAP. There is no soundproofing. The hotel hasn't received any maintenance since 1950s do not go there. It is nothing like pictures on website

Just a clean top tier hotel. Great staff and great food. Lovely restaurants and bar. Maid seri e was outstanding!
