I booked two rooms on booking at a very convenient price with 40 days. in advance. They charged my credit card 5 days before arrival. On the day of arrival, they denied me check in, telling me that there had been an error in publishing the price on the site and therefore they could not accommodate me. They left me without a room even though it was their mistake and they didn't want to take responsibility for it. I would add that they offered me a price that they said was discounted compared to the rate but, checking in real time on booking, the price offered to me was well above what the rooms advertised. I would say double mockery... therefore I didn't accept. They may have the best hotel possible but the service is also seen in the way they resolve the problems they themselves cause to the customer.
