Loved the location! Amazing views and walking to everything, including the waterfall (wear good shoes!). The staff was super friendly. And we enjoyed our neighbors from Canada. This hotel is rustic, which we don't mind. The cons were the shower head was covered in mold, and Saturday night I got very little sleep with the night club booming. Bring ear plugs and turn on white noise. Also, suggest hotel provide Do Not Disturb signs when room service is not desired. IMPORTANT... next door there is a comfortable shared shuttle ($10 per person) to Santa Teresa, easier than bus and cheaper than taxi - Cabo Blanco Travelers. I would avoid driving. Note: the shuttle last pick up is 6pm. On Saturday is a little market, which is fun. We rented an ATV through Pacific Dirt Road to cruise Mal Pias, Santa Teresa and more. They were fabulous, and will drop off the ATV if you're renting for multile days. So glad we stayed in Montezuma! More quaint and Santa Teresa is really dusty due to dirt roads.
