Four Seasons Hotel Montreal Reviews

Before Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive.

There was a Chinese speaker the day before yesterday. The service was good. Pets were also friendly. The bed was not very comfortable. Overall it was very average. If it wasn't for bringing a dog, I don't think I would go there.

They gave us a delicious dessert on Halloween. The service was also very good. If you think the pillow is too soft, they can replace it with a memory foam pillow, which is much more comfortable.
