The stay at this hotel was so so, checking in at the reception, no further information was given regarding to amenities, WiFi or facilities.
I find that there wasn’t enough lighting in the hotel room. Mattress isn’t as firm as I expected, pillows were good in size but they weren’t good for sleeping as they had zero support for my neck.

We always book with this Double Tree because of the location and heated car garage which is nice in the winter. The staff are so friendly and the warm complimentary cookies are a delicious bonus!

Located near place des arts and front desk is nice. The main lobby is at 6 floor and probably bring longer waiting times if there’s a crowd

Bit hard to find but once you know the route it’s pretty easy to navigate! Lots of shops and cafe in the same building. Unfortunately the pool closes too early at 9 didn’t get to use it everything else is good

Great location, close to everything especially Chinatown. Friendly staff. Could pay more attention to details: cleaning mops & gloves were left in the room multiple times after room services; they also forgot to supply bath towels and bottle water; the safe was locked and the shower drain was clogged the first night of our stay. The staff came to fix everything very quickly though, which was appreciated.
