The location is great, it's just opposite to the Kawana central. Shopping and access to food and restaurants are great. The staff are friendly and helpful, but when I reported that I suffered a cut in a shower through the app, nobody returned a message and nobody cares. The shower tray is installed at elbow height with sharp edges, it's a stupid design and wrong choice of bathroom ware. When I gave the feedback to the reception and avoid responding. No apology.

Incredible stay! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. The room was excellent—modern, comfortable, and offering beautiful views. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
