Loved the convenience of the hotels location. The staff was helpful when our TV was not working. The room was very clean and well kept. Stayed overnight so was not able to fully enjoy there facilities.

The room was nice and tidy, and the service was very good. The homemade waffle for breakfast is good. If the room is close to the elevator entrance, the elevator will be noisy. There is a 24-hour supermarket next to it, which is very convenient, and there are many parking spaces nearby.

The overall quality is good. There are many entrances and exits in the hotel building. The doors are always closed, and guests need to swipe their cards to enter. The restaurant has a door to go out, and there are outdoor seats, so you can sit outside to smoke and drink coffee on a good day. The breakfast in the hotel is pretty good. The coffee is super delicious. It is placed in a thermos, and guests can drink it throughout the day. I can drink several cups every day. There is an omelet sandwiched with cheese and ham (it can be regarded as a kind of omelet), which is very acceptable to the Chinese stomach. It is very comfortable to bake a waffle or toast with coffee. There is also milk, yogurt, fruit, and hot water for making tea bags. I live on the first floor, and the windows can't be opened. I don't know if the windows can be opened on the second and third floors. The hot water for bathing is a bit small, which is a fly in the ointment.

The hotel is in a good location and parking is convenient.

We had a pleasant extended stay recently with our soccer club and wanted to thank the hotel for amazing service. From the friendliness of the front desk staff, to the smile of the breakfast bar lady, and the hospitality of the assistant GM (Dyna) as well as the GM to our club was notable. Also being close to a 24 hour supermarket is a plus.

Hotel itself is good - clean and newer. Room was a little oddly laid out, but they have extra amenities you don't normally see like a microwave in the room. Bathroom is big. Breakfast is solid - tasty and has variety. I did request a little light housekeeping which they didn't do, but at least provided a few fresh towels as requested. Location? I mean, it's in the parking lot of a grocery store (which is good and convenient!), but sort of odd. For the area it's good - there aren't many hotels in the area unless you want to go quite a bit south to Temecula (which appear to be older and more expensive) or more north to Riverside, so I suppose it's convenient. There are shops nearby like a Target, Costco, and lots of restaurants (would avoid the "mall" that appears to be on its last legs).

Only have the best comments for this hotel Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. It was the holidays but everyone was appropriately festive and so kind. Fitness center worked perfectly. Great new equipment Breakfast better than the average Fairfield. Cheese omelette with good assortment of fruit and cereal Very close to shopping and restaurants (not exactly walking distance but very close by car) I wish every Fairfield was as high quality as this property. Huge thank you for making this so pleasant for us

I came to this hotel on a work related trip This is my 1st time to this hotel. I was greeted by James and he was simply great (friendly, informative, accommodating). The rest of the staff really makes an effort (morning breakfast crew, housekeeping, and other members of the front desk (D.J.).
