Terrible service. TV not working , sent a complaint about the fan in the washroom not working as well. Wouldn’t recommend

Had a booking via Trip.com that i had to modify in advance once due to urgent family matters, i rebooked for 2 days later. Unfortunately 1 flight delay caused me to miss 2 more flights and I couldn't get to Cancun for the night of the booking. I informed Trip.com and they attempted to get the hotel to cancel the booking. I was then stuck in Cancun the next morning and I requested Trip.com to ask the hotel if I could just modify the booking for that day instead of cancelling outright. However after waiting in the airport for over 3 hours for the hotel to respond to Trip.com agents, I gave up and had to book elsewhere. The hotel eventually responded that night and obviously refused the modification and have since refused to refund me at all. It's incredibly disappointing considering the circumstances were way way beyond my control, and I since attempted to then get it rebooked for a day later rather than cancel completely. Clearly this hotel are more interested in taking advantage of their guests purely for financial gain rather than facilitating them in their hour of need. Thought a Marriot hotel would be better than that but clearly management in Cancun are not. Do not recommend!

Very conveniently located near the airport. Shuttle service worked perfectly.

Shuttle & Location. Comfort and cleanness

Hotel nearby the airport around 10 min drive. There’s a free shuttle to hotel, unfortunately the pick up from airport is very poorly organized and executed (I requested the hotel to notify me on the schedules and where should I take the shuttle but nobody reply) I found it by chance :/… The check in took around 90 minutes (no kidding) but guess it was an extraordinary situation.. good if you must stay overnight for a transit or want to be near airport. Breakfast not bad and room pretty basic.

This place is beautiful it’s clean and close to the airport plus free shuttle!! And with the prices of taxi it’s worth it

The location is very good as there is an airport near the hotel. There is also a convenience store near the hotel entrance. I feel like the facilities have improved since I visited a year ago. There were several spaces with meeting tables (individually separated). The humidity in the room is just comfortable. This is a great hotel for a comfortable stay near the airport. The reason why I rated the cleanliness low was because there was food from previous meals in the refrigerator in the room I booked. There are no problems in other aspects of cleanliness. Cleaning, the matrix is ​​all clean.

It was a place to stay for a night's rest before going to Scarlett. The Mexican food I ate at this lounge was more delicious than I thought, so I remembered it even after coming back to Korea. I bought snacks at a nearby convenience store and had a nice rest. I recommend it.

At first glance I thought it was clean, but there were a lot of ants around the coffee and plastic bottle trays on the refrigerator. The hotel cleaning staff was outside, so I asked them to clean it right away. They took care of it while we were out and the ants were gone, but the area around them was so disgusting that we couldn't go near them. I left the amenity coffee bag without drinking it. Since it was Day of the Dead, there were decorations like the one in the photo in front of the front desk.

It was very convenient that the airport shuttle was available 24 hours a day. Recommended for transit, just before a flight, or for an overnight stay right after a flight. There were plenty of amenities and it felt clean.

The room is very big. There is a shop outside. But there is no place to eat outside and you can only eat inside. It is very convenient to have free shuttle service.

Staying for one night, I thought it was close to the airport and the free pick-up service was good. When you arrive at the airport, you can call the front desk. The room is generally okay, but the pillows and sheets are a little dirty. I don’t know if they haven’t been cleaned. The room as a whole is in line with this price level, and the food in the restaurant is not very good. The only thing is that I charged some extra tax when I went to the store. It was shown on Ctrip that it was more than 50 pesos, and I actually paid 150. I was too tired at the time and didn't realize it. Otherwise, I would have to ask him carefully. The accommodation tax in other places in Cancun is 60 pesos, and the room rate is more expensive than this one. It is Fairfield next to it. Even the hyatt hotel by the sea costs more than 4,000 pesos a night, and the tax is only more than 80 pesos.
