Overall hotel needs updated. The pool had tiles around it that were loose and cracked. We had to take the net and fish a wad of hair out of it and the hot tub didn't appear clean. We had to ask for new sheets on one of the beds as they had hair on them. The room looked like housekeeping took short cuts, not vacuumed well, crumbs along edges and just not clean. Bathroom didn't have and hand soap or hand towels and the bathtub was stained and dingy and had hair in it. We went to Walmart and got our own cleaner to clean the tub. Would not recommend unless it undergoes some renovations.
On a good note the staff we saw and interacted with were very nice and accommodating. I feel like it was short staffed so maybe that has something to do with it.

Our stay was nice, it’s an older hotel and the lighting in the room is not great, but it’s in a great location and the people were all very nice.

They put me in the 1st room by the sliding door entrance/lobby. I could hear it opening and closing all night. I could hear exactly what the couple in the room above me were doing and I could hear children screaming in the pool area until 10 pm. If I were in a different room on the top floor it probably would’ve been great but I could not sleep. The blow dryer also appeared to be missing. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy.

We were placed in a room next to the front door. We didn’t sleep all night listening to the door open and close. Hotel was sold out so no other rooms available. We checked out and drove 4 hours home.

We stayed to watch the college lumberjack competition your hotel accommodated us even without gas for hot water due to a large area outage. You still had hot water!

We came to stay for the week for a college event. They have a small staff who we’re glad to have had there. The rooms needed some cleaning, there was garbage and dust in the corners and didn’t feel like the room had been cleaned thoroughly. The room itself needed some repair in the bathroom.

We got a room so my son could have a swim birthday party. The wonderful staff offered us the conference room and set the tables up. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and modern.

Our room was right next to the laundry room and housekeeping. Voices were loud in the morning when trying to sleep. Other than that it was a nice facility. I would stay here again.
